jack@selzero tbf listening to the audio, I'm not sure what more could be done here. The ground controller told the plane to hold short of the runway. The pilot read back something else entirely and the controller corrected him. The pilot read back the correct clearance... and then went straight over the runway. Not sure what else the controller can do here!
