@PhoBingas @Squadalah_Man @WTFPurpleAlpaca @sickburnbro The treaty is pretty clear, in that, it's if a member state is *attacked*, i.e. Gulf War I and II didn't count because GAE was doing the attacking. If they go goading someone, especially in a non-NATO territory then that doesn't count. It'd be like France trying to trigger an Article 5 because some tribesmen attacked their troops in Africa.
