    @tiredhorizon Did they implement a 2-tiered system? Weird. Maybe the source is throttling. It happened on streams long ago. Surprised it happens on YouTube at all. She records from a studio, but I have no idea what the computer she is using might be capable of.

    If it's on her end, and she's running Windows, she should reboot that sucka after each show to clear cache.
