   It seems like YouTube is throttling The Randi Rhodes Show. It is the only channel I've ever watched that winds up dead, with a spinner, after a few minutes.

     @tiredhorizon Did they implement a 2-tiered system? Weird. Maybe the source is throttling. It happened on streams long ago. Surprised it happens on YouTube at all. She records from a studio, but I have no idea what the computer she is using might be capable of.

     If it's on her end, and she's running Windows, she should reboot that sucka after each show to clear cache.

     @steter I've been watching pedal videos past 2 days and that gets throttled quite a bit.
