HiroProtagonist@noyoushutthefuckupdad Scott McCloud's analysis of comics is very cool, but the one take that he has that I think is really dumb is his encouragement of artists to stop using zip tones, hatching, or other methods of shading. He wanted everyone to embrace gradients and the digital airbrush. 🙄
