Then the accusations grew as a way of controlling public thought.
Now the accusations are everywhere and people are realising that they are weapons.
Once people understand that (in the case of transphobia and Islamophobia) these are made up words that have a similar meaning - ie nothing less than total capitulation to their religion will be acceptable - it becomes easier to understand and choose a response accordingly.
