@matty My knees down to feet are rekt from skating. I have had over pronation & plantar fasciitis.
Start with calf stretches, I know that seems silly but the cords all connect.
Also use ice when sitting & try to wear high arch inserts in your shoes if you're gonna be on your feet all day. If it's a recurrent problem order some good arch supports for work boots / daily sneakers.
