@Popehat I’m probably mangling my arguments because I’m entirely out of my league when talking about law.

From a societal point of view though, I think giving groups the ability to exclude people who promote views that are harmful to vulnerable people within that group is something worth protecting. MAGA’s association with intolerance, authoritarianism, and bigotry is pretty clear in my eyes.
