Rust gets a lot of love from a lot of people. I can't say whether it's warranted or not, because I haven't even dipped my toes into it yet.

Gotta say (showing my age/crotchetiness), I just wished languages used "function," not "fun", "fn", "f", "", whatever. :P

If you really don't want to type more, put that intelligence in the blasted editor. Don't make the language harder to read.
