On Playstation, the remasters are worth it. The HD remaster is excellent on all except Angel of Darkness (it's not bad, it's barely noticable), and SD mode is identical to the original except that it's scaled to fit high and the view has been extended to the sides to fit 16 by 9.
The trophies are a nice add. Having them on a platform that has wireless controllers, and internal storage for the saves is real nice.
