    @mattblaze Your posting of this finally prompted me to search for some of the history of the old Penn station. I found this article, which has photos of the completed interior, including the glass ceiling and steel beams that you refer to here. The demolition pictures are quite sad. The article also has links to material, with photos, about the planning and construction of the Moynihan Train Hall. I hope you and your readers enjoy this article.
