Reminds me of when my husband and his first wife were negotiating their divorce in a community property state.
When it was time to split the assets, she insisted that he'd lost hundreds of thousands playing poker that needed to be reimbursed to the estate.
When it came to setting child support and alimony, she insisted he regularly earned 6-figures a year playing poker, and she was entitled to a percentage of that to maintain her standard of living.
