Took them three days to get to me. Plaintiff's atty first question to every prospect:
"Do you think you're capable of being brutally honest? It's important that you be able to be brutally honest."
When he got to me on the third day I said, "I object to the question. I'm confident I can be completely honest without ever having to be brutal."
Judge, who'd been silent for three days, thanked me for saying that, dismissed the room, and when we came back... case was settled
