It's a bit off the beaten path, but some of the best restaurants in Seattle are in White Center - it's a very working class, majority minority, with a diverse immigrant populace, neighborhood. It also has my favorite fish taco truck, Japanese spot, pizza, banh mi, and the only corn on the cob truck I've ever seen
