    You can get 10GBASE-T SFP+ transceivers no problem; https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:10GBase-T_SFP%2B_Transceiver.jpg (quite cheap used too).

    You can plug in a 10GBASE-SR transceiver instead of course.
