@WilhelmIII @Billy_Hughes @mitchconner The FDA says 4 hours out of refrigerator for a gallon of milk, still sealed. You can realistically get double that if you're using it right away. As soon as the temp goes up, bacteria start to multiply like crazy. I am a raw milk enjoyer, especially goat milk, but let's not kid ourselves.
