Old Man in the Shoe@JessTheUnstill @Leefellerguy Since oil companies have political clout I'm going to keep leaning that there is an exemption. I don't see America wanting to block, entirely, our ability to refine the world's oil unless we were really at war. Not that Trump is smart or not stupid.
