That's not a value judgement of it in any capacity, but it's acknowledging reality. America is very Locke-ian, to the point where libertarianism is almost ingrained into our culture at various levels. A nationalist movement for us would look very different than one for NSDAP Germany of the 1930s. I happen to think a lot of Hitler's policies were pragmatic and well reasoned, and the results speak for themselves (the whole world had to band together to fight them and almost lost in the process). I just don't think they'd work here because the "AM I BEING DETAINED" mindset is too much a part of us. Perhaps I'm wrong. I'm not a NatSoc anyway, so I have little to say on the matter, but I'm interested in others' POV.
