man I know,
is in a custody battle with his ex.
so far it was 1 week / 1 week
he is fighting to keep that way when the ex wants to have custody and he gets just every secon week end

he wins , keeps 1 week / 1 week and now he is complaining that it is"not exactly what he wanted" and that "he needs more time for himself" and that what he wants most is" reestablishing dialogue"

am I right that he is just asking for custody to "win" over his ex?
