If you're going to smoke tobacco, pipe smoking is by far the least harmful way to do it, and most intentional
If you're just in it for the nicotine then zyn or a competitor is the least harmful way to do it and you won't get much nic from smoking a pipe anyway (assuming you are doing it the right way)

If you decide to try it I suggest a corn cob pipe and start with a dryer blend, not the aromatic blends; they tend to be more wet and are harder to tend to
