new HR buzzword is "revenge quitting" for leaving company at inopportune time.
why is that the company's fault?
1. termination policies are set by company, not by employee
2. company failed to retain employee
3. employee has no moral obligation to go beyond contractual obligations seeing the company wouldn't be nice to them either
