tinydoctor@simsa03 The chef may have made have been fed up and made the decision to close on the spur of the moment. Having worked in the restaurant business, I've seen that happen. Or they have to leave town because they owe their drug dealer more than they can pay. Or the suppliers cut them off for the same reason. Restaurants often close suddenly. Only a few consider their employees' needs.
