@cmconseils@mastodon.social If you want guilt free relaxation time you just need to plan it.
It's not that hard and really effective. Just write down in your agenda or todo list or whatever tool you use to keep track of things (and if you do not keep track of anything probably start here instead) and just write down something like "sunday 17:00 - 23:00 relax".
That's literally all you have to do. It's guilt free because you wrote down that you were gonna do this beforehand. Doing nothing is what you are supposed to be doing now.
