@khleedril Ha! Especially for apps I don't use that often, like someone else's favourite videoconferencing software, I don't like having to deal with updates and separate logins and so on. Just using the Web browser version is usually fine. The main exceptions I can think of are apps that generate local artifacts, like code editors or drawing programs. I use the local version of draw.io, for example. I've tried a few code editors online, and generally prefer running a local version instead.
