Amos Miller is a famous Amish guy fighting the FDA, but the state was trying to work with him after an e-coli outbreak. The dude would literally not clean his fucking tanks! And people got really sick.

I had a Chinese roommate in Australia, and he told me the meat in shops wasn't safe to eat in his hometown. Most shops would use filler or inject water to sell meet as it was going bad. The FDA has done some shitty stuff .. but not having a good labeling agency at all is equally as bad.
