I don't know if I just took 4 500mg paracetamol or not. I had a headache so I wanted to take paracetamol but I didn't have any water so I went to refill my bottle, then I went to get something else and took the paracetamol. But then I thought "didn't I take it already?" but I don't remember doing it and now I'm scared
