   I don't know if I just took 4 500mg paracetamol or not. I had a headache so I wanted to take paracetamol but I didn't have any water so I went to refill my bottle, then I went to get something else and took the paracetamol. But then I thought "didn't I take it already?" but I don't remember doing it and now I'm scared

     It's been hard lately to remember things or concentrate. This morning I was supposed to look something up on the internet but after two seconds I forgot what I was going to do because I got distracted and I still can't remember what I was supposed to look up. I even forget to drink water, although that's nothing new

     @Mitsu 4500mg isn't that bad you'll be fine. avoid alcohol and citrus fruits and such. T. not a doctor

     In class I can't even concentrate on speaking french. It's like I don't know how to speak. Maybe it's because I'm sick

     @Mitsu@outerheaven.club This always happens to me. I often forget whether I have taken my medication or not. It feels like I have but I cant remember. To address this, I have made a habit to record myself while taking my medication and use a timestamp watermark on record

     @Mitsu@outerheaven.club firstly, get well soon. Second, dont multitask something and everything. Seems like the severe distracted things in ADHD symptom. Rest well and focus on that (resting).
