Avocado Toast@gleick @pluralistic One thing I've grown more and more tired of is the apologia for folks who stay on shitty platforms. We're imagining these reasons. All of them. It's all just us imagining the best intentions in people. A portion of these folks, a large portion in fact, stay on these platforms because they like the changes. They like the xenophobia; they like the transphobia; they like the racism. It's best to start facing that reality now.
