    And California needs to stop giving their money to the federal government.

    Afterall They paid $85 Billion more than they got back.

    New York should do the same they're about $50 Billion more than they get back.

    So let's see what Trump does with
    $135 BILLION less Dollars next year, and the year after, and after etc.
