Bob Jonkman#BikeNite A5: I was a member of the first bike share in #WaterlooRegion in 2011 run by #TheWorkingCentre. Mostly I used public transit to go to work and straight back home so I used it only twice. It stopped after two years. There have been other bikeshares, some with big announcements that never got off the ground. Now we have these untethered scooters and bikes littering the streets. They need a phone app to activate, which I will never use.
