Adrianna Tan@NilaJones it’s weirdly low in price coz the govt controls the rent on these and only some people can apply (you have to work in the area). Also most citizens don’t like these places coz they’re old and creaky and there are lots of bugs around haha.
In more free for all private housing, prices are very high!
