    fuck fuck fuck I really don't want to do that if I have to connect jumper wires by hand for every single contact on the memory slot.

    I'd rather spend the $2 for a lab in Shenzhen to solder the memory slot to the jumper socket where the memory controller belongs.

    It'd be worth $12. Worth $200 if you're actually determined to succeed at this.
