@obrhoff I think the new switch does have a few new tricks up its sleeves (literally). Nintendo did to consoles what the iPhone did to phones - it defined a form factor that’s fit for purpose (the fact that others are trying to match it is evidence of that).

By supporting the platform for 7+ years, Nintendo is showing that we don’t need yearly iterative releases in order to get value out of it - I’ve never worried about specs or framerates. There is no “pro” or “pro max” bs, it just works.
