I would really like to test the video issue you're experiencing.

As for the AI options if you really want to remove them then you have to compile it yourself (not hard) or use a fork like https://icecatbrowser.org/index.html https://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/gnuzilla.git/

The one on the far left is movable as you saw in the original video.
And I had not notice the one on the right before you mentioned it so I checked and it's also movable.
If you're looking for the UI settings in the about:config it's named "browser.uiCustomization.state"
