I really liked how everything came together in the end. Obviously they were setting things up for Series 4 and 5, but I'm not sure it would have held up. It probably ended at the right time.

Leo gaining super strength didn't make much sense, neither did "wow, synth fluid has genetics now and you have a hybrid baby". How did they suddenly become cylons for no reason?
