@lizzie its genuine.. the art was comissioned, by one "dan482" on a furry art site, someone who it looks like has commissioned from the artist a lot. but you can only view the post with an account, and the site isnt letting me sign up with grr.la so i give up on that i am NOT signing using a real email for dumb shit like this especially for a site like that… so i cant see like if theres any comments or anything special about it on that site

however, the artist also posts on r34, and it didnt become a meme until like a year later, so the comments are all PRE MEME which i think helps… immediate reactions were a lot of people were grossed out and said what the fuck in the comments but a few people said its hot, knowyourmeme says it was featured art on r34 and it does have the featured image tag.. i can say the artist has made cock vore in the past but im unsure if they made cock vore inhalation before, this commission might be a first.

after that dan the 482 commissioned more art featuring a giantess sandy cheeks with rather large genitalia, so dan was clearly a big fan of his last commission. he then commissioned some more cock vore inhalation. theyve made more art that i think is gross, but has a similar level of novelty that makes it kind of funny that it exists.. i dont really want to post links to anything, however
