    @blitzed so again was the rent control measure *implemented* in 2018-2019?

    Confusing "rent control" with "control on increases of rent" to 7% is generally dishonest. And if you think landlords aren't going to 'modernize' their property to obtain higher rent, and if you think landlords will stay small holders forever you should really read more marx.
