I don't think I've ever heard a woman self apply the word hole unless they're intentionally going for degradation or doing it ironically (Courtney Love style). Fundamentally I think it doesn't resonate because the hole is experienced by the person penetrating, it's just an absence from the perspective of the person penetrated
