i had some transmitters that were like just take it to an empty room with no signals (no GUI to pair them, not even a simple push button interface to do it)
i let someone pair to my emeet luna for a conference call. after the call i guess they didn't un-pair it, because another call another day it decided to take the device over and send their call to my desk while i was using it to listen to books. (thankfully the luna DOES have a 'hold bluetooth button to make them fuck off', but many little earbud things don't)
