Because the defense would certainly get to ask some really pointed questions of the complainants. Questions about their business continuity plans, system redundancies, etc. Procurement too - was proper due diligence followed in purchasing and using Crowdstrike?

Pretty sure many execs would rather set their heads on fire than have those conversations on public record.
