    Yes I know regular cars can do that, but it's not typically required. And if the charging infrastructure is there, you can do it with an EV as well, just losing a bit of time. Fast charging doesn't seem to affect modern EVs much:

    If you drive about 300 km per 30 minute charge, you'd lose 1:30 every 900 km you drive. How often do you make trips that long? Once or twice a year?

      Does frequently fast charging your EV damage its battery?
      Degrading batteries through frequent fast charging is a concern for new EV owners but there are a lot of factors that determine if it's bad for the battery or not.
