    @Linux_Is_Awesome in Gaza they have to share resources. A few of them charge batteries with solar panels, a few of them have working computers, a few of them have some means to send messages to the Internet. They have to share everything, they have no choice.

    Maybe the people you mention are scammers, I don’t know. I’m just saying there are ways for people to connect to the Internet even in extremely dire situations.
