Dr. Eric J. Fielding, PhD@65dBnoise @FediThing I believe it is important to have the standard peaceful transfer of power from one President to the next. I agree that Trump should not have been allowed to run, but he was elected by a narrow majority of the voters. I believe we have to follow the standard transfer of power. I wonder if there was a way to avoid the political posturing that is going to be added on, by doing the transfer privately. Then Biden could skip the public ceremony.
