I have forgotten my first loves. Maybe I'm too "serious" and need to de-escalate. Maybe I need to do some gardening, and reading, and kissing my wife, and throwing the baby, and walking the dogs, and laughing.

Too much working. Too much stress. Too much hard time. Too much suffering servant.

Not enough thanksgiving. Or joy. Or songs. Or colour.
