I think it's obvious to everyone who's been paying attention that we've been going through some dark times. Part of me isn't sure we'd be on our way out if the election had had different results, but it definitely means things are going to get darker before they get better. And yes, it's frustrating to think we'll have to go through this, through no fault of their own, and I think there's some very justified anger at the people who decided to put us through this rather than understand what was going on and work towards a better future... But it is what it is, and we are going to have to live with it either way.

Now, more than ever, the most important things we can do are to band closer together, to build up our groups of support, protection, and resistance, and not let those falter under the people trying to divide us, and keep our ability to communicate things as they happen. Fedi is a part of that, if a small part, but so is going out and talking to your neighbors...
