AnarchoNinaWrites@hannu_ikonen My stepdad is dying, slowly and painfully from a rare cancer that disproportionately affects Indigenous ppl (so obviously cracker medicine has no answers for him) and mom, who is extremely poor is taking care of him; we're hitting end phase, and I'm scrambling to find money to keep a bank from taking her house and help take care of HER. I want to say the world burned me out, but no, it's a slow death in the family and finding money for my Mom/worrying about her living situation.
