Adrianna Tan@lednaBM I’ve seen startups bring in people across the board at lower rates but then offer more stocks, and if it doesn’t work the staff (regardless of national origin or immigration status) move to better jobs anyway. USCIS doesn’t let you bring in too many low level people at lower rates generally
