Bombay duck (a fish), coated in semolina and fried. Clams, in a dry coconut spicy gravy. Konkani seafood is my fave. Pomfret fry. I had many life changing meals in Mangalore especially. Banana buns. Banana sticky candy. The best seafood. ‘Ghee roast’ chicken. Mutton sukka. All so much better than the northern-ish Indian food abroad.
