Hi. If it's exactly the same domain and content, but just in a different host with a different IP, you can just set up the new host the same as the old one, copy the content of your snac directory, change the DNS to the new IP and call it a day.

But, do the copy with a system that keeps the hard links as they are, like with a tar file or, if you use rsync, including the -H option.
