Shantell PowellSeveral years ago, I applied to a writing programme. While reading up on the programme, I learned that the nasty author in question had been an instructor at that school. If they were still teaching there, I wouldn't have completed the application. Here's hoping I won't have to interact with them again. Canada's writing community isn't THAT big, but I'm a genre writer and they are not, so maybe I'll get lucky.
